When and how did your business first begin?
Rowdie Rudie came about because of a little guy named Maxton who has a complex medical history, but is full of life and joy. Maxton has nursing because he has a lot of medical needs. his mom and pediatric nurse spend a lot of time together taking care of maxton, going to appts and school. When looking for cute clothes for him They knew there was a need for boys clothing, and unique items. A place where you can find everyday clothes to the perfect holiday outfit
What is your favorite thing about what you do?
Being on the hunt to find very unique boy clothing that can fill a store. Much easier said than done. Seeing the boys getting excited about shopping and picking out items is so fun to watch. Also, seeing them in their outfits is the sweetest thing.
If you could turn and talk to yourself back when you first started your business, what would you tell yourself?
Ask alot of questions to business owners before us.
What advice would you give to someone who is wanting to start selling at shows/barn sales?
Be unique, sell things you absolutely love.
What is your favorite product you have to bring to GypsyMoon?
We love everything we buy. If we don't love it, we don't buy it. The Shackets, shoes, overalls, holiday outfits and wooden toys take my heart the most.
I love your business name, can you explain where you thought of it?
Rowdie Rudie comes from a a little boy named Maxton. His nickname is Rudie. We thought it would be fitting for little boys.
